SHIPPING POLICY
Blue Nova Blue Jet ships the ordered products by you to the address you
provided at the time of the order. In the case of downloads, a
hyperlink or hyperlinks will be provided.
Shipping and handling fees are on per-products basis. During checkout
process you will have to select the shipping method and associated fees.
Note that the provided delivery dates are based on the date the product
is registered at the post office. Allow up to 5 business days for
initial preparation, packaging and registering to the post office. Blue
Nova Blue Jet will perform delivery as quickly as possible after
acceptance of your order. Delivery time are estimated and can vary.
You become the owner of the products you have ordered as soon as Blue
Nova Blue Jet gives them to the carrier. You will assume all risks
related to the products ordered and Blue Nova Blue Jet will not be
liable for their loss or destruction.
For any product delivered outside Canada, you are responsible for all
customs brokerage fees and any other fees related to exporting outside
Canada.
Delivery of products is subject to the carriers (i.e. Canada Post)
rules. You agree to comply with does rules, for example, it is your
responsibility to recovered any product that the carrier was unable to
deliver because of your absence from the delivery location at the time
of delivery.
No delivery will be made to post office box.
Blue Nova Blue Jet must have received the full payment for the products
before proceeding with their delivery.
RETURN POLICIES
You may return products to Blue Nova Blue Jet before 7 days after
receiving them. The invoice, the order number and the returning
authorization number must be with the returned product. You must get an
returning authorization number before returning any product. Contact us
at return@bnbj.ca
as soon as you detect any problem with the product.
Returning products for reasons other that defect, you assume the
delivery charges and legal risks for products returned.
If a product was damaged during transportation, you must not accept the
delivery and specify it to the delivery service for return.
Some products are identified and sold as “as is”, those sales are final
and the products can not be returned.
Upon receipt of returned products, any sum debited from your credit
card account by Blue Nova Blue Jet related to the returned product,
except handling and shipping charges will be credited as soon as
possible on the condition however that the product is returned in the
same condition as it was at the time it was delivered to you.
DOWNLOADED PRODUCTS RETURN POLICIES
No exchange and refund are granted for downloaded products.
